Decks

This was the blue version of my tengu experiments. This deck is more resilent to aggro than the red tengu but lacks late game bombs. In a meta where people are playing fast decks this is a good one to play. Burning enchants except for keeping a speedway is good. Sniffer and foresight is for making sure you get the max value off the rainbow.
