06/03/21 Update: With the nerf to Hysterical Strength bringing it down to +3/+1, we turn to other tech to trade up. Hysterical strength gets traded with Vulcan Brand and 2 Carnie Rioter trade for 3 Trained Jaguar as their 'bigness' and the synergy with swift and Vulcan Brand can not be denied.

While being a budget deck, it can also be considered 'complete'. From Gold upward, you'll 100% want Yara in the deck as it will raise your win-rate greatly. Till you have one, just put in a third Carny Rioter.

This is the deck I used to get to Champ in WW S1, I will keep it up to date with any balance patches and new expansions.

Try to stay at 3 mana until you need to play Instabeast or Wings of Abaddon. The only time you might want to go higher is if you see an alternative win condition for yourself with a breach from Yara From Arawaka.

This agro deck tries to keep your things alive by being more durable than average at 3 or more health, buff depending, which makes the usual agro removal less effective.

Lamia's Kiss not only lets you hit lethal with agile, but also helps you win against other agro decks due to lifelink.
