(update: 16 Dec 20) remove: Field of Poppies x 1, add: Might of Giants x 1
(update: 14 Dec 20) remove: Cairnhenge x 1, add: Kara Mourningwives x 1
(update: 5 Dec 20) remove: Fossegrim x 2, remove: Giant's Stairway x 1
(all four mythic cards are optional)
This deck runs Forked Lightning x 3 and Locked in Ice x 2. These removal cards are good with the new "mirror" keyword. In many situations, they are better than Thunderclap (because of lower mana and double uses).
Burn selection: In most cases, Enchantments should be burned; Minions should be kept because:
the more enchantments in the deck, the more probability of extra draw from rainbow path.
Spear Sister could attack through a two-health minion to do face damage. (when against a four-health minion, we could use forked lightning to reduce it's health to two, so Spear Sister could attack through it)
Blackened Jotun and Giant's Stairway for longer fight.
Grease Monkey and Mend Power for healing. So, we don't run out of minions too early.
Got plenty of Overrun from: -Demolition Speedway x 3 -Rider of Edda -Stormdottir's Chosen x 3 -Blacked Joton x 3
Odinthrone for card draw and alpha strike.
Try to keep Loki's veil in hand, if opponents use rainbow path or fires of creation path. To suppress an enchantment or artifact.
In this deck, Rainbow path is better than Collisium path because:
in some fight, we cannot kill enemy minions fast enough to get early draw.
forked lightning is not synergy with Collisium path
Rainbow's starting life a little bit more than Collisium's
The coin that rainbow provided is good to ramp up some card plays.
This deck may be countered by removal heavy decks.
