Deadman's eyes buff make it so that it either draws or returns the mana for other plays. The viability of the deck will depend greatly on how deadman's eyes end up being. We generate tokens with ramens. Steam bun on eyes becomes either 1 mana draw a card or 2 mana draw 2 cards, both being very enticing. Carnival is the pay off for playing all of this sacrifice effects. Racer being a one drop definitely helps the deck as well.
