This deck is an aggro mono-yellow strategy. It uses only commons and uncommons, so I'm sure you can afford it. It's very powerful, and actually took me into the Mythril ranks.

You start out with lots of 1-drop minions, including Doper and Golden Axolotl, who can build up into really big threats over time (which is why it's called a "Snowball" deck- the longer they stay on the board, the more stats they accumulate.)

You can build out your threats even more with Ultragym, Squad Leader, and Instabeast. Instabeast is especially powerful on Cloud Scale Drake. Its Agile ability means that it easily threatens the opponent's face, and its high health makes it very difficult to remove. The combo curves out nicely on 3 and 4 mana.
