The goal of this deck is to constantly be on the board. Rainbow's End and enchantments help you ramp up to the big yellow stat bombs. This is all familiar to those who play Blue/Yellow. But there's an added element here...
Why Splash Orange?
Well, we get some nice divination effects, which synergizes well with our path. But the main purpose is Hamam Retreat. In addition to defending against the Yellow mirror match, the blight resistance allows us to commit to the board, without fear of our own Misanthropia.
Other Cool Combos
After Misanthropia, you can follow up with a Miasma Catalyst. If your opponent has minions adjacent to the blighted, they will soon gain a permanent infection from Miasma Catalyst.
Sapo, the Devourer on Odinthrone is pretty difficult to deal with, as he has warded and high attack.
Svinn, the Gatekeeper can make your Hamam Retreat cost 0, so that the feature combo of Hamam Retreat -> Misanthropia only costs 5, and can come out as early as turn 6.
