While this lacks the yellow control core that is a common basis of most Turbo decks, having the Blue mana artifacts and sweeps can hold things together while you trade with Racer in Shadow set up increasingly useful blockers like Hopeless Necromantic and Night Hag. Best of all these spirits can generate pings with Corrupt Prayer Wheel and be recurred with Nine-Tailed Vixen. As you ramp up to your control tools, fatties like Blackened Jotun all the way up to Perfect Grade, you can maintain board and keep on generating mana with Norn Datacore.

End game is even more fun as Ved'ma Flamespar provides a perfect sink for all of your excess mana, and in a pinch, you can survive an opponent's lethal with Defy Death and then return fire with Flamespar or Allfather's Horn
