Description

This is somewhat similar to NKL's YPg FoC, but we are abusing war fan + shroud to bring back 3drops again and again. Gemcutter, meso and poxbringer are all amazing to get back. Sword saint guarantees we can get some precious lifegain whenever we want. Ideally you want to play war fan and immediatly protect it with an artifact. You also want to wait until you get both war fan and either shroud or model of duality so that you can profit a lot from the cost reduction effect (though it can sometimes be right to play it early).

Matchups will be weird, every deck interacts differently with war fan and it makes for really unexpected games.

Overall the deck while not amazingly strong is good enough to hold it's own against most things. It handles both aggro and control matchups well but it's weirdly awkward against midrangey decks cause they can often take advantage of war fan effect but are fast enough to punish you from durdling.

Last bit of advice : play your forgelings. Really, don't burn them. War fan reduces their cost, they are also essential to piece different parts of your deck together. And you don't want tons of gemless mana as gems will be more limiting than mana.

If you can't find war fan the deck still function as a somwhat classic YPg, it's a lot less top(end) heavy but shrouding racers + matryoshka still works like a charm.

Oh and for realz last advice : reconstruct might screw you over so always look at your grave when using it. You don't want to destroy your sword saint before shrouding it.
